๐ฆ Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally? We currently ship to physical addresses across South Africa and select countries within the African continent. We do not ship outside of Africa at this stage.
Which courier do you use? We ship all orders via The Courier Guy. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
How long will it take to get my pattern?
- Processing: 1โ3 business days (to pack your order).
- Delivery (South Africa): 1โ3 business days for major cities; 3โ5 days for regional areas.
- Delivery (Africa): 5โ10 business days depending on customs.
- Note: Orders paid via Bank Deposit are only processed once the funds reflect in our account.
๐งต Pattern Information
Are these digital or physical patterns? All Maru Sewing Patterns are physical, printed patterns. We do not offer PDF downloads at this time. Your pattern will arrive professionally printed and ready to use!
What is included in the envelope? Each pattern includes the full-scale printed pattern and a QR code that gives you access to the digital detailed instruction booklet to guide you through your sewing project.
Can I sell clothes I make with your patterns? No. Our patterns are strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You may not make clothes to sell from these designs, nor may you resell or redistribute the patterns themselves.

How can I pay for my order? We accept the following payment methods:
- Bank Deposit (EFT)
- Mastercard
- Google Pay & Apple Pay
What currency do you use? All prices on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
๐ Returns & Refunds
Can I return a pattern if I change my mind? Because sewing patterns can be easily copied or traced, we have a No Returns policy. Please ensure you have selected the correct pattern before completing your purchase.
What if my pattern arrives damaged? If your pattern is damaged during transit or if we sent the incorrect item, please email mascha@isewsewingstudio.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and the packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.
